How to claim a refund:
- Submit a request via chat, email, or support center.
- Pursuitix will review and respond per the revision policy.
Note: All design rights revert to Pursuitix after a refund, and prior designs cannot be reused as original work.
Delivery Policy
- All orders are delivered via the Account Area on the date specified in the confirmation email.
- Rush delivery options are available for an additional fee.
- Clients receive a reference number to track the order status and submit revisions.
Revision Policy
- Unlimited revisions are available within the agreed concept.
- Each revision has a 48-hour turnaround.
Copyright Violation Claims
To submit a copyright claim:
- Provide proof of copyright ownership
- Describe the infringing material and location
- Include your contact details and electronic or physical signature
- State under penalty of perjury that the claim is accurate
Applicable Law
